Wesley Bull - CEO of Sentinel Resource Group

Wesley is the founder and CEO of Sentinel Resource Group
Wesley’s 34 years of professional experience spans operational and investigative roles in law enforcement, public safety, work with entities of the US intelligence community, and executive-level roles for industry-leading corporations. Just before SRG, Wesley was the senior-most global security executive at NVIDIA.
At NVIDIA, Wesley also oversaw pre-release prototype security and led security program administration for classified projects and programs for the US Government. Wesley was a key member of the cyber-incident response team and his responsibilities immersed him in NVIDIA’s work with leading cybersecurity research lab partners such as DARPA, IQT, MIT, Stanford, Tesla, and Apple, among others.
Wesley is an accomplished speaker and is frequently sought out as a guest contributor to various media outlets and publications, where he shares his expertise and insights on emerging threats and security risks.

David Tindall is the Chief Operations Officer for Sentinel Resource Group.
David was formerly the chief officer of the San Jose Police Department in California. In this capacity, he was responsible for leadership of all facets of personnel, department governance, and legal compliance matters.
During his nearly 30 years in law enforcement in the nation’s 10th largest city, David developed his expertise in leading diverse crisis events, managing complex criminal investigations, honing his risk acumen, and designing innovative practices and capabilities in specialized units, and intelligence-based policing, among others.
As COO, David is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of SRG and directing the execution of all our client engagements across the operating groups and strategic partners worldwide.

Frank Carrubba is the Chief Legal Officer for Sentinel Resource Group.
As CLO, Frank is responsible for directing all legal and compliance matters for SRG, in addition to his involvement in client engagements across all SRG’s services verticals.
Just prior to joining SRG, Frank led the San Jose Police Department’s Criminal Data Intelligence Center. He is a recognized leader and innovator in the design, development, and utilization of law enforcement intelligence fusion center capabilities.
Previously, Frank served as a Chief of the Criminal Division at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where he led the establishment of the Crime Strategies Unit, which was a recognized national model for innovative, data-driven prosecutions.
Before this, Frank enjoyed a 25-year career as a prosecutor with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.
